Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south-west across the Gulf of Valinco. Bottom is rock mixed with Posidonia seagrass, use one of the 15 fixed environmental buoys where available to avoid damaging the meadows. Sheltered from NE through E to SE, fully exposed to the prevailing west and south-west swell.
Practical
15 moorings on buoys. No services on site. Porto Pollo 5 nm to the SE has a fuel berth, water and a small marina. Port Tino Rossi at Ajaccio lies 9.2 nm to the north for full services.
Ashore
Coastal path along the maquis-covered shore. Beaches of Cala di Saparella and Cupabia within 1 nm. Porto Pollo village at 5 nm offers restaurants, a grocery and a dive centre.
