Approach and anchoring
Approach from the S, keeping clear of rocks off the point itself. Shelter from winds in the N, NE and NW sector. Fully open to the S and SW swell. The marina of Cargèse lies 0.2 NM NE and is the immediate refuge if the wind veers; Port de Sagone is 4.3 NM E.
Practical
Anchoring on sand patches between rocky ledges in 3 to 8 m. Water is available ashore at Cargèse marina. Village shops, bakery and restaurants are a 15 minute walk up from the marina into the Cargèse upper town.
