Approach and anchoring
Approach from seaward between La Napoule bay and the mouth of the Siagne. Keep clear of the shallow bar at the Riou mouth, follow the marked entrance. Shelter from west and north winds, exposed to the east swell that rolls into the bay of La Napoule.
Practical
Tight basin used mainly by local owners. Port La Napoule lies 0.3 nm to the south-east with full services, Cannes Marina 0.5 nm to the north with fuel berth and chandlery.
Ashore
Château de la Napoule, a restored medieval castle and arts foundation, about 1 km to the south-east on the seafront. Estérel coastal path from La Napoule round to Théoule-sur-Mer, red porphyry cliffs. Mandelieu town centre and Siagne canal mooring walk within 800 m.
