Approach and anchoring
Approach from the channel between Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat. Sand and weed bottom, holding variable given the posidonia, anchoring on sand patches is required by the Parc naturel marin. Exposed to mistral from the north-west.
Ashore
Footpath network on Sainte-Marguerite from the landing, Fort Royal at 800 m houses the Musée de la Mer and the cell attributed to the Man in the Iron Mask held from 1687 to 1698. Coastal loop around the island is around 8 km.
