Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south, keeping clear of the yellow buoyed swim zone off the beaches in summer. Sand holding. Shelter from N, NW and W; fully exposed to easterly swell, which builds fast with the Ligurian wind.
Practical
Water available ashore at Port Canto and Port du Mouré Rouge. Fallback berths at Mouré Rouge at 0,2 NM N and at Port Pierre Canto less than 1 NM W if the easterly rises.
Ashore
Boulevard de la Croisette seafront 5 minutes' walk away, with palaces, boutiques and the Palais des Festivals at around 1,5 km W. Shuttle boats run from the Quai Laubeuf to Île Sainte-Marguerite in 15 minutes. Plage de la Croisette sand beach extends along the whole shore.
