Approach and anchoring

Entrance between two jetty heads on the sandy coast, approach from the east. Maximum draught 1.8 m, silting reported near the entrance after strong easterlies. VHF channel 9. Beware of the tramontane blowing hard from NW and of swell pushed by easterly winds into the entrance channel.

Practical

576 berths for boats up to around 12 m. Water and power on the pontoons, fuel berth, sanitary blocks with showers, travel hoist available. Shops, bakery and supermarket within 300 m in the seaside resort behind the port.

Ashore

Sandy beach right next to the marina along the Languedoc coast. Regional nature park of Narbonnaise en Méditerranée covers the lagoons and Massif de la Clape inland. Town of Narbonne with its Roman remains and Via Domitia lies about 15 km inland by road.
