Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south along the coast from Cap Taillat. The pointe has a small offshore rock, leave it 100 m to port. Drop on sand patches to avoid the posidonia meadow. Cavalaire-sur-Mer port lies 2.1 NM NE, Le Lavandou 5.6 NM W, both suitable as refuges if the mistral or a SW blow sets in.
Practical
No services ashore at the pointe. The whole sector is part of the Domaine du Conservatoire du Littoral, access by sea only.
Ashore
Coastal path of Cap Lardier from the anchorage to the Plage de Gigaro, 2.5 km west, signed GR 51. The Cap Lardier lighthouse stands 1 km south on the ridge.
