Approach and anchoring
Sand bottom. Sheltered from N, NE and E. Keep clear of the approach lane to Brest commercial port to the west. Brest-Marina du Chateau is 3.4 NM to the NW, Moulin Blanc marina 4 NM to the N, both accessible in under an hour under power if a westerly sets in.
Practical
Forain mooring, no facilities at the point itself. Moulin Blanc marina to the north offers fuel, water, and chandlers.
Ashore
Le Relecq-Kerhuon centre within walking distance. GR34 coastal path passes along the headland and leads to the Pont Albert-Louppe road bridge, a 1930 reinforced concrete structure by Eugene Freyssinet, 1.2 km to the east.
