Approach and anchoring

Approach from the main channel of the Golfe du Morbihan, leaving the Île aux Moines to the west. Strong tidal streams through the Gulf, up to 8 knots on springs at the Port-Navalo narrows. Time entry and exit near slack water. Buoys are private, check availability with Chantier naval du Lindin 0.5 nm to the south.

Practical

Moor on buoy only, no room for free anchoring. Le Logeo harbour 0.8 nm to the west has a small quay, water and a few shops. Chantier du Lindin offers lift-out and repairs.

Ashore

Coastal path around the Rhuys peninsula starting from Le Logeo, part of the GR34. Château de Suscinio, a 13th century ducal residence, is 4 km inland by road. Oyster beds of the southern Gulf line the shore.
