Guide
Approach and anchoring
Open to the broad waters of the lake to the south and east. The sand bottom holds well, but the spot offers little cover from southerly winds that build a fetch across Lake Champlain. Treadwell Bay Marina lies 1.6 NM to the south-west and Mooney Bay Marina 1.7 NM to the north-east.
Practical
Treadwell Bay Marina, 1.6 NM south-west, is a full-service yard with a fuel dock and ship store, open from May to October. Mooney Bay Marina is a second option for berths and supplies.
