Enter the anse de Poulmic from the rade de Brest, head E toward the beach. Mud bottom, good holding. Sheltered from NW through N to E, open to S and SW winds funnelling up the rade. Watch the shallows off Île Tibidy at low water.

Île Tibidy at low water reachable on foot across the causeway. Port de Tevenez 1.4 NM SW. Moulin Mer cove 1.7 NM NW with walking paths along the anse du Poulmic.
