Daily, weekly and monthly visitor rates. Each berth has water, shore power, telephone and cable, with wireless internet. Restrooms, showers, laundry and ship's store in the dockmaster building. Two fuel berths nearby, pump-out and a picnic area. The adjoining Ocean Marine Yacht Center boatyard has an 80-ton travel lift and a Syncrolift for large vessels.

Olde Towne Portsmouth, with the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Museum and the Commodore Theatre, is within walking distance of the marina.
