Approach and anchoring
On the east side of the North East River in the upper Chesapeake, reached from the bay about 7 nautical miles north of Turkey Point. Fresh water, sheltered.
Practical
69 berths and 12 mooring buoys, vessels 15 to 60 feet, shore power. Seasonal berths and moorings are for club members only; transient bookings are accepted from members of other yacht clubs. Pump-out, bait and tackle shop, restaurant and bar. Adult and youth sailing programmes run from the club.
Story
The marina has a 500-foot waterfront facing west, used by members for sunset views over the river.
