Approach and anchoring
Reached from the upper Chesapeake Bay via the North East River. Floating docks with about 6.0ft on the approach and alongside, taking vessels up to 50ft.
Practical
Around 137 berths and 32 sailboat moorings, with 10 transient berths. Wood and fibreglass repair, a marine railway and a 50-ton travel lift, plus winter storage for up to 300 boats.
History
The yard has been family owned and run since 1928. In April 2002 it became the first Maryland Clean Marina certified on the North East River.
