Approach and anchoring
The marina basin connects directly to the ICW and is sheltered from strong currents and wind. It gives ready access to the New River Inlet, the New River itself and Browns Inlet. Swan Point Marina lies 0.1 nm north and Sneads Ferry Marina 1.5 nm to the north-west.
Practical
The yard offers fuel, fresh water and ice, a ships store with fishing supplies, and a full boat repair service. The boat ramp is at 104 James Road. An RV park with full hook-ups adjoins the marina.
