Approach and anchoring

Enter the harbour past Morro Rock and follow the Embarcadero channel south. The yard is at the public launch ramp on Main Street, on the east side of the bay. Coast Guard hazardous bar warning applies at the entrance on swells over 8 ft. Listen VHF 12 and 16 for harbour traffic.

Practical

Sling hoist haul-out, repair, painting and structural work. The yard is the only haul-out option inside Morro Bay. Phone 805 772 0135 to book a lift. Public launch ramp directly next door.

Ashore

Embarcadero waterfront with restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Morro Rock at 800 m on foot. Morro Bay State Park and natural history museum at 2 km. Sandspit beach across the bay by tender.
