Approach and anchoring
The Manatee Pocket opens off the St. Lucie River close to the Intracoastal Waterway, about 3 nautical miles north of the St. Lucie Inlet. The marked entrance channel carries 7 to 9 feet, while the approach to the marina holds around 7 feet and 5 feet alongside the fixed docks.
Practical
Around 40 berths for transient, weekly, monthly and annual stays, with three berths kept for visitors. Indoor and outdoor dry storage for up to 120 boats in a 20,000 square foot building. Shrimper's Grill and Raw Bar is on the marina site, open daily for lunch and dinner.
Ashore
Manatee Marina lies in Port Salerno, a working fishing village. Seafood restaurants and a waterfront fish market are within walking distance of the docks.
