Approach and anchoring
Approach from seaward in sight of the Île Maïre and the massif de Marseilleveyre. Drop on sand patches avoiding posidonia, in 4 to 8 metres. Shelter from NE, E, S and SE; the mouillage is open to W and NW winds, notably the mistral.
Practical
No facilities on the anchorage itself. Port de la Madrague is 0.1 NM west with a small harbour and village services. Port de la Pointe Rouge lies 0.8 NM north-east, with fuel berth, water and full ship chandlery.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral runs from Montredon along the coast into the Parc national des Calanques, reaching Callelongue in about 3 km, starting point of the GR 98-51 to Cassis. The Parc national des Calanques was created on 18 April 2012.
