Approach and anchoring
Sited on the ICW just inside the Jekyll Island bridge. Berths take vessels up to 125ft LOA. The harbour master monitors VHF 16, working on 71. Approach is straightforward in daylight with the marked ICW channel.
Practical
Transient and annual berths with shore power and fresh water. Fuel berth supplies diesel and ethanol-free petrol, with pump-out at the fuel berth and in-slip. Ship store, restaurant, pool, courtesy golf carts and loaner bicycles on site.
Ashore
The Jekyll Island historic district, a National Register site of 34 Gilded Age structures across 240 acres, lies about 2 miles from the marina. Driftwood Beach, on the north shore, is roughly 3 miles away by the island bike trails. The Georgia Sea Turtle Center sits within the historic district.
