Enter the Piankatank from the Chesapeake Bay past Stingray Point, then follow the marked channel inland. The cove is sheltered from NW through E and round to SW; winds from the southern sector run straight in. Mud holding throughout.
Practical
Open anchorage with no shore facilities. Chesapeake Bay Boat Basin lies 1.6 miles north for fuel and repairs, and Regent Point Marina is 6.6 miles to the SW.
