Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from the deep Carquinez Strait channel, which carries 80 feet of water close by. The basin was dredged in 2010 to a minimum of 10 feet, so the approach is clear for most cruising draughts.
Practical
About 218 berths, a mix of covered and open, with diesel, laundry, restrooms and renovated showers. A 140-foot guest berth takes visitors, with liveaboard places at the harbour master's discretion. Dry and trailer storage, dock boxes, wifi and night security patrols. Benicia Marina lies about 3 miles to the south-east.
Story
In 2014 Glen Cove was named Marina Dock Age's Small Marina of the Year, the first marina in California to take the award.
