Approach and anchoring

Approached directly from the Chesapeake Bay near Tolly Point, just south of the Severn River entrance. Approach and dockside depths are about 8 feet at low water. The basin is well sheltered from wind and has little current. The marina monitors VHF 16, working channel 71.

Practical

215 wet and lift berths over a 10.5-acre site, taking yachts from 25 to 120 feet. There is a private beach, two swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, fishing piers, free laundry and 24-hour gated security. Sam's on the Waterfront restaurant and a dock bar are on site, with a courtesy shuttle into downtown Annapolis.
