Carry Bay opens on the eastern side of North Hero, in the Champlain Islands. Anchor in mud within the bay, which is sheltered from most directions but exposed to the NE. Fresh water can be taken nearby.

North Hero village lies 0.2 nm W. North Hero Marina, set in a sheltered corner of the bay, has around 91 deep-water berths and 47 moorings. Marina Mooney Bay is 4.2 nm SW.
