Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south, no hazards in the approach. Anchor on sand in 3 to 8 m, inside the cove. Protected from NW through W to SW by the coast. Exposed to easterly and southeasterly winds, swell enters quickly with an onshore breeze. Several private mooring buoys reduce the usable area in summer.
Practical
No services on the anchorage. Nearest fuel and water at Port Ferréol, 0.4 NM north, or San Peïre Les Issambres, 1.5 NM SW.
Ashore
Coastal footpath along the Corniche des Issambres links the cove to Port Ferréol in 10 minutes on foot. Sandy beach at the head of the cove. Shops and restaurants along the N98 coastal road at 400 m.
