Approach and anchoring
Approach from the SE with care for the posidonia beds, which are protected and where anchoring is restricted. Holding on sand in 3 to 5 metres. Open to winds from NW through SW, shelter only from the land quadrant. Port de San Peïre Les Issambres 0.3 NM to the NE offers refuge.
Practical
Forain anchorage with no services. Nearest fuel berth and visitor berths at Port Ferréol, 2.1 NM NE. Beach kiosks and restaurants open from May to September behind the dunes.
Ashore
Sentier du littoral runs along the shoreline northward to the Roches Noires and southward to Saint-Aygulf, roughly 2 km each way. Bus line 7706 of the Zou network links Les Issambres with Saint-Raphaël station.
