Approach and anchoring
Approach from the S with no dangers in the final quarter mile. Drop on sand in 4 to 8 metres. Shelter from NW through S, exposed to E and SE winds which push a short swell into the bay.
Practical
No services on the mooring. Saint-Aygulf harbour is 0.1 nm S for water, fuel and shops. Port-Fréjus lies 1.8 nm NE with full marina services.
Ashore
Plage de Saint-Aygulf runs along the shore, sand and fine shingle. Village centre with bakeries, a daily covered market and restaurants is 300 m inland from the beach. Coastal path west toward the Esterel red rocks.
