Approach and anchoring
Entrance from Key Colony Channel with unrestricted access to the Atlantic. Most berths are 15 to 18 feet wide and 40 to 50 feet long, with average depth of 6 feet.
Practical
Each berth has 220-volt 50-amp shore power, water and cable at the pedestal. Shared facilities include two fish cleaning stations, a workshop, showers, heads, laundry, and a tiki bar with grill. Berths are individually owned and leased directly from owners, minimum 30 days.
