Guide

Approach and anchoring

Shelter from N, NE and NW only. Open and untenable with southerly swell or Mediterranean easterlies. Drop in 4 to 8 metres on sand, holding reported good. Keep clear of the swimming zones along the coast in July and August.

Practical

No services at anchor. Port du Pilon 4.7 NM to the north-west and Saint-Tropez 4.9 NM to the north cover fuel, water and berths, subject to availability in high season.

Ashore

The sentier du littoral, a waymarked coastal path round the whole peninsula, runs directly above the bay and links it to the beaches of Pampelonne to the east and to Saint-Tropez old town to the north.
