Approach and anchoring
Entered from the Trieux channel between Bréhat and Lézardrieux. Strong tidal streams in the estuary, up to 3 knots on springs. Drying rocks along the shore, approach at mid-tide and watch the buoyed channel.
Practical
Anchor in 3 to 6 metres on sand over mud. No services on site. Lézardrieux marina lies 3.3 nautical miles south for fuel, water and berthing. Bréhat village quay 3.1 nautical miles east.
Ashore
Coastal footpath GR34 runs along the Trieux banks. Ferry from Pointe de l'Arcouest to Bréhat island operates year-round, landing stage about 2 nautical miles north.
