Approach and anchoring
Enter from the rade de Brest heading NE past the marina breakwater. Mud bottom, good holding. Sheltered from NW through N to E and also from W, exposed to S and SE winds blowing up the rade.
Practical
Water available ashore at the marina services. Fuel berth, boatyard and chandlery at the Port du Moulin Blanc 0.4 NM NW.
Ashore
Océanopolis aquarium on the north shore of the anse, 10 minutes walk from the marina. Bus line to Brest city centre from the marina stop. Sentier du littoral west toward the Pointe du Diable.
