Approach and anchoring
Approach from the west in open water. Drop the hook on sand in 5 to 10 m, holding reliable. Shelter from NW, N, NE, E and SE. Exposed to the W and SW. The bay can become untenable when the libeccio sets in.
Practical
No services on the mooring. Water and a small harbour at Cargèse 2.2 nm to the south, Port de Sagone 5.6 nm to the south-east.
Ashore
Plage de Chiuni, about 1 km of sand. Club Med Cargèse occupies the north end of the beach. Footpath over the headland towards Plage de Peru to the south.
