Approach and anchoring
Anchor on sand in 2 to 6 m, with good holding. Rocks and shallows lie throughout the bay, and not all are charted. One rock rises from 7 m to 2.8 m. A keel touched about 200 m south of the green buoy in 2025. W wind can bring chop by day. Gusts of 25 kn made an anchor drag in 2026. Day boats crowd the bay until 17:00 to 19:30.
Practical
A dinghy can reach a small harbour with a jetty. A small weekly market is held on Wednesdays, 3 minutes' walk from the jetty. A Conad supermarket and a DIY shop are 3 minutes further. A bakery and café serving pizza is 10 minutes away towards La Maddalena, past the stadium. La Maddalena town is 20 to 30 minutes by dinghy.
