Approach and anchoring

Call on VHF 9. Marina boatmen can meet arrivals in a RIB and hand the lazy line to the bow. They can also take the stern lines first. They ask crews to stop the engine while the lazy line comes aboard. The visitors' quay stands high above deck level, and in June 2026 the floating pontoon was under repair. A lazy line held up from that height can foul the propeller.

Practical

1278 berths with deep water for large yachts. Water and shore power on the berths, with low water pressure in July 2026. There was no fuel in the marina in July 2026. A fuel station lies 300 m away. Office staff can complete the paperwork on board. A key card opens the pontoon gate. The rubbish pass needed a 10 euro deposit in July 2026. In June 2026 the only toilet block had one shower. Some berths are about 500 m from it.

Ashore

The old town of Porto Maurizio, with the Duomo di San Maurizio, is a 10-minute walk. Free lifts climb to its upper streets, and a signposted monument trail carries French explanations. A beach lies behind the breakwater. The main town, 20 minutes on foot, has chandleries, a Carrefour and banks. The old coastal railway is now a 40 km cycle path, with bike hire along it. Villa Grock needs a bus or taxi.
