Guide

Approach and anchoring

Open approach from the gulf. Enter and leave between the two white posts, as the green and red marks are hard to pick out, and keep to that line because the middle of the entrance shoals and carries weed. Max draught 1.2 m. Exposed to easterly winds which build a short swell inside the gulf.

Practical

Very small capacity, essentially resident moorings. A launching slip leads down from the avenue at an awkward angle for reversing a trailer, and entry is free. Diesel pump on site. Saint-Tropez harbour about 0.3 nm northeast for full services, Marines de Cogolin about 1.8 nm west.

Ashore

Coastal path of the sentier du littoral runs along the shore towards the Salins beach east of Saint-Tropez. Place des Lices and its market, Tuesday and Saturday morning, is about 1 km on foot from the port.
