Approach and anchoring
Approach from the open water on a rising tide, keeping well clear of the rocky fringes that dry on the chart. Holding is on sand. Exposure remains on the E and SE sectors, so watch the forecast for any easterly swell.
Practical
No infrastructure on site. It makes a handy anchorage to wait for the tidal gate at Trébeurden marina to open, that marina lying 0.9 nm to the SE for fuel, water and shore services. Port Saint-Sauveur is 1.2 nm to the NE as an alternative refuge.
