Approach and anchoring
Access from the main Saône navigation channel. Berth alongside a floating pontoon of around 60 m, in about 1.5 m at low water with no trouble for a shallow-draught cruiser. The pontoon is a little exposed but the position stays workable. It sits next to a campsite yet is run by the village.
Practical
Free berthing with water and shore power at no charge, though both can be intermittent and are switched off out of season. Mobile and 4G reception is patchy. A guinguette and restaurant stand within 30 m of the pontoon, one of them closed Monday to Wednesday. Bins and a glass container are on the quay. The town lies about 1.5 km away by a dirt track through a tunnel under a busy road, with a supermarket around 30 minutes on foot and a retail park.
