Guide
Approach and anchoring
Room for 3 to 5 boats on sand in 3 to 6 m. A buoy line keeps boats off the swimming area. Holding was poor in June 2026. In 2023 the sand was hard and an anchor struggled to bite. Wakes from yachts entering Porto Cervo roll in by day and usually settle at night. The cove gave shelter in 30 to 35 kn westerlies in 2020, but an anchor dragged in 30 to 35 kn westerly gusts in 2019.
Practical
The beach is private. In 2021 the only pontoon appeared to belong to the hotel. Dinghies land at the south-west end of the cove. A walk through the residential estate reaches Porto Cervo in 20 to 30 minutes. In 2022 a free shuttle ran from the marina to the village, and a small supermarket stood near the port. Porto Cervo is also a few minutes away by dinghy.
