Approach and anchoring
Anchoring is forbidden inside the reserve perimeter and rangers enforce it, redirecting boats to the buoyed sub-zones alongside. Mooring buoys managed by the Office de l'Environnement de la Corse are provided around the archipelago. The coves here are very tight, with room for only a couple of boats, and a stern anchor is needed to stop swinging; yellow buoys mark the limits and the swimming zone must be left clear. Sant'Amanza lies 3.9 nm north and Bonifacio 4.9 nm NW for authorised shelter. Exposed to the libeccio from the SW.
Practical
No services on the islets. Buoys allocated on a first-come basis in season, daytime use only in some sub-zones. Bonifacio offers full marina services including fuel and chandlery.
