Guide
Approach and anchoring
Anchor in 5 to 10 m on firm sand, most often around 7 m. Holding is good. Patches of posidonia and weed lie among the sand, with more seagrass on the southern side. Watch the partly submerged rocks on the NE side when entering and leaving. Shelter from the maestrale and northerlies is good. Katabatic gusts occur, and a 15 kn NW wind brought strong short gusts in May 2026. A SE swell can roll into the bay.
Practical
There is no proper dinghy landing, only a very small rocky beach. Mobile signal is unreliable. There was none on several visits in 2025 and 2026, while 5G worked in September 2025. There were small jellyfish in summer 2025.
