Approach and anchoring
Approach from the W in daylight, rocks on both sides of the small anse. Three orange visitor buoys, laid by the Lerat harbour association, sit at the head of the anse and are free to use. Exposed to SW swell, shift to Piriac harbour 1,1 NM N if the wind backs. Port de Lerat, a drying stone harbour, sits 200 m NW.
Ashore
Sentier des douaniers along the rocky coast from Lérat to Pointe du Castelli, 3 km round trip. Shops and market in Piriac-sur-Mer, 1,5 km by road, listed as Petite Cité de Caractère.
