Under Cap Canaille, the highest sea cliff in France, Cassis, then La Ciotat and its Île Verte, a fair-weather anchorage off the beach. Les Lecques and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer in the bay, Bandol and the island of Bendor at the end. A 15 mile day, sheltered from the mistral by the cliffs but open to the south.
