Approach and anchoring
Cross the Yaquina Bay bar then bear east along the Bayfront, the clubhouse sits next to Embarcadero and Bay Front Boat Basin. Check bar conditions with USCG Station Yaquina Bay on VHF 16 before entry.
Practical
Reciprocal moorage for visiting club members. Fleet of eight dinghies, a 22 ft Capri keelboat and a Boston Whaler. Junior sailing programme and regular regattas.
History
Founded in 1947 to promote sailing, navigation and seamanship on Yaquina Bay. Around 130 active members today, the club takes part in the Toledo Wooden Boat Show, the Bridge to Bridge Race and the Lighted Boat Parade.
