Approach and anchoring
Set in Harbor Springs harbour, the deepest natural freshwater harbour on the Great Lakes, sheltered by the Harbor Point peninsula. No tidal range. Open water of Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan lies just outside.
Practical
193 berths plus 140,000 square feet of indoor storage, of which 92,000 is heated. The boatyard runs three Travelifts of 30, 35 and 75 tons and four hydraulic trailers. There is a fuel berth, and the Basin Yachting Center has a boaters' lounge, showers, laundry, bike racks and a waterside patio.
Ashore
Harbor Springs town centre, with shops and restaurants, is a short walk from the docks.
