Approach and anchoring
Reached by water through Bayou Grand Caillou off the Houma Navigation Canal, or by road at 9499 Grand Caillou Road. The launch ramps sit at the end of the road, with shallow marsh channels leading out to the redfish flats. Open 5am to 6pm daily, 5pm on Sundays.
Practical
Boat ramps, waterside fuel and boat storage. Boat rental on site and a crabbing operation. The marina works mainly as a launch and departure point for inshore anglers rather than a destination harbour.
Ashore
Dulac is a strung-out bayou community along Grand Caillou Road with a fuel station and small shops. No tourist facilities nearby. The marsh and open marine ponds south of the marina are the main draw for fishing.
