The marina sits on the canal near the Falgout Canal bridge, on the route between the inland bayous and the marshes opening towards the Gulf.
Practical
Boat launch, fuel and a small store selling groceries and bait. Crab, shrimp and oyster boats share the docks with recreational anglers. A holiday fishing camp is let on site.
Ashore
The canal and nearby marshes are fished for speckled trout, redfish, black drum and bass, in both fresh and salt water.
