Approach and anchoring
Open approach from Bellingham Bay, no tidal gate. Call the harbour office on VHF 16, working channel VHF 68, before arrival. Office hours 0800 to 1700 daily. Visitor side-tie moorage at gates 3, 9 and 12, gate 5 in busy periods. No reservations, first come first served.
Practical
Showers, heads, laundry, year-round fresh water on the pontoons, recycling, dinghy racks and dock carts. Pump-out at gate 1 by the fuel dock and at gate 10 near the launch, with portable carts on visitor docks. Ethanol-free petrol and diesel at the fuel berth on the outer west entrance. Ashore
Zuanich Point Park and Bellingham Cruise Terminal on the same loop road. Downtown Bellingham about 1.5 km south by foot or bus. Squalicum Beach Park 800 m east for a stroll along the bay.
