Approach and anchoring
From Lake Michigan, boats pass through the ship canal and up Sturgeon Bay. The Michigan Street bascule bridge opens on signal on the hour and half-hour from 15 March to 31 December, giving 14 feet of clearance when closed.
Practical
250 berths for vessels up to 80 feet. The marina has a fuel berth, pump-out, swimming pool, shower suites, wifi and certified service technicians. Sonny's restaurant is on site. It holds Wisconsin Clean Marina certification, first earned in 2010.
