Approach and anchoring

Reached from Broad Creek, which opens onto Calibogue Sound and the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. Around 9 feet at mean low water in the basin, though it shoals at low water; the operator has scheduled dredging for 2026. Wide fairways ease handling.

Practical

Water and shore power at the berths, wifi, heads, showers and laundry. Ship's store sells bait, tackle and refreshments. Boat detailing, maintenance and painting on site. The harbour holds 8 waterfront restaurants and around 10 shops.

Ashore

Restaurants and shops line the harbour boardwalk. Fishing charters, dolphin tours and boat rentals run from the docks. The Palmetto Dunes beaches on the Atlantic side are a short distance away.
