Approach and anchoring

Reached from Long Island Sound up the Mystic River. Berths above the Amtrak swing bridge, which opens on signal day and night, and the Route 1 bascule bridge, which opens at 40 minutes past the hour from 7.40am to 6.40pm in season. VHF channel 9.

Practical

Over 100 floating and fixed berths, with sizes from 30 to 100 feet and dockage for vessels up to 150 feet. Shore power at 30, 50 and 100 amp, fresh water at each berth, new heads and showers, coin laundry and a full service department. Restaurant and tackle shop on site.
