Approach and anchoring
Lies within Sakonnet Harbour, sheltered by the 800-foot stone breakwater that runs north and east from Breakwater Point. The harbour is protected from all directions but the north. On entry from the Sakonnet River, keep clear of the fish trap off the breakwater. About 7 feet is reported inside.
Practical
Club moorings, with a slipway and parking ashore. The club runs an active sailing school and a junior programme, and hosts regattas through the season. Sakonnet Point Marina lies immediately to the west for fuel and a boatyard.
